 TIPP is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
We operate on a very limited budget without government grants or corporate
sponsorship. Our financial needs are met by money collected through tuition
and through the generosity of our members and donors.
Our goal is never to turn anyone away because they cannot pay. We offer free or low cost services for parents and individuals in financial hardship situations. These services go beyond providing the desperately-needed education in parenting; we also provide free child assessment, individual therapy, and relationship skills training.

Every
penny raised by TIPP is spent in the direct service of helping students
learn how to raise a miracle child, how to heal the child they have injured,
or how to heal from their own childhood. Everyone benefits from learning
the parenting theory and adjunct relationship skills practices.
We
often have students who cannot afford our services but still need our
help. Some families are referred to us by the Department of Children and
Family Services as we are recognized by the state as providing critically
needed services to families in crisis. Many of these families are on the
verge of losing their children, and we know exquisitely well that attachment
breaks can be harder on a child than even abuse.
Financial
gifts made to support our organization are tax deductible. If you would
